Returns & Refund Policy
At Blackbelt Storage, LLC (“Blackbelt Storage,” “We,” or “Us”), we appreciate your business and thank you for renting with us and/or purchasing our products, whether in person, over the phone, or online through our website.
Please review the following Returns & Refund Policy carefully. By renting a storage unit or purchasing merchandise from Blackbelt Storage, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
FINALITY OF TRANSACTIONS
All rental payments and purchases made with Blackbelt Storage are considered final.
We do not provide refunds for any used or unused portion of a paid rental period, including prepaid rent.
- The minimum lease term is one month.
- Customers may rent and pay one month at a time.
- We do not prorate rent upon move-in or move-out.
- Accordingly, we do not issue partial refunds.
Blackbelt Storage is not liable for purchases or payments made in error by the customer.
CHARGE ERRORS
If your account is incorrectly charged, we will investigate the error upon notification.
If the discrepancy is verified, we will issue a refund for the incorrect charge.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process fully, depending on your financial institution.
MERCHANDISE REFUNDS
Returns or refunds for merchandise purchased from Blackbelt Storage (such as locks, supplies, or other items) are handled at the sole discretion of management.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel your storage rental at any time in accordance with the terms of your lease agreement.
Please note:
- If you do not move out and/or do not notify management of your cancellation before your renewal date, the renewal charges are non-refundable.
- Rent is not prorated upon move-out.
